刪除不了acrobat 和顯示【發生內部錯誤】

一開始adobe acrobat只需開啟一定顯示「發生內部錯誤」刪除再重新安裝都有相同的問題後來用極客強制刪除後acrobat 在 Creative Cloud 中仍需安裝的應用程式但在電腦程式集裡面是刪除的狀態現在也下載不了新的acrobat頭很痛

What happens when you try to download the application? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity.

Also, try the steps shared below and see if that works for you:

Use the AcroCleaner to Uninstall Adobe > https://adobe.ly/4iQtHAe
and Reboot the system afterward.
Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features; Uninstall anything named "Adobe"
Open an explorer window and type %appdata% and press enter. Go into each folder (Local, Local low, Roaming) and delete any folders named "Adobe"
Go to C:\Program Files\ and delete any folders named "Adobe"
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\ and delete any folders named "Adobe"
After you've done all that try re-installing Adobe Acrobat using the direct link https://adobe.ly/4gtbbwn;
