Hello everyone,I am writing on behalf of a government entity and National Root Certificate Authority (CA) based in the Middle East.Since April 2025, we have been attempting to contact the Adobe Approved Trust List (AATL) team via the official email address: aatl-info@adobe.com. We have sent several follow-up inquiries over the past few months regarding the status of our AATL application/onboarding process; however, we have yet to receive a response or an acknowledgment of receipt.As a national-level provider, it is critical for us to align our digital signature services with Adobe’s trust standards to ensure our citizens' signed documents are natively trusted within Adobe Acrobat and Reader.We understand that the AATL team likely handles a high volume of requests, but given that nearly a year has passed since our initial outreach, we are concerned about the status of our communication.Could the community or an Adobe representative please guide us on the following: Is aatl-info@adobe.co

I had Acrobat X Pro on a previous laptop that got hacked and a virus so I said forget it and just bought a new desktop. I then destroyed the laptop (that was fun!!!) and took it to e-cycling with a box of other random electronics that have been laying around for years! Anyway, I went to reinstall the actual software and it give me a message that I need to deactivate the previous installation!!! I can’t! I no longer have the device. Anyone know how I can reinstall my software. I only use it at tax time these days so I will not pay for a subscription. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Roberta

I uninstalled Acrobate reader then downloaded intall file of latest version ( 25.001.21111), I start installation. It seems completed successfully but there is no any software in the pc. I tried this 4-5 times. I also tried 2025.001.20997 it also didn’t work. Can you help please?

It is a simple problem as I have described it. The files are created with AutoCad, MathCad, spreadsheets, Woodworks, etc. It just cropped up in 01/26.  I can delete the headers/ footer & re-add them. But, it is a pain & the software should work.

iI have subscribed to a annual plan of a 3.57 nis a month payment. instead i am charged 50 nis a month. cannot find no one to contact. chatbot doesn’t help, just repeats my claims by presenting my  plan and payments.

My cursor is picking out letters instead of words, when tagging a document.  This is happening on multiple documents and not jus this one.  What am I doing wrong?  

I literally have one more issue to remediate on a document before completing and I am getting “Other elements alternate text - Failed”. It seems to be selecting the box before the text. How do I fix this? I’ve attached an image. Thanks

I have installed Adobe Acrobat X on a new computer.  The software indicates that the activation limit has been reached.  Further it asks me to deactivate the software on the old computer.   I did this.  However the new installation does not acknowledge that.  It keeps asking me to deactivate the software on the old computer despite the fact that I already did it. How do I get the software activated?

The embedded browser that is used for the sign-in portal in Adobe Acrobat is seemingly running Chrome version 105. The current version of Chrome is 144. Could this embedded browser be updated, so that it isn’t automatically blocked by security rules that prevent the use of insecure/out of date web browsers?

Despite numerous follow-ups, we have received no response.As a national entity, this delay is impacting our service delivery. Can’t find redact tool in Acrobat 2020 - have looked pretty well everywhere.

Hi All. It has been brought to my attention that this website presents SSL warnings when end users try to access it. I believe the reason is that the FQDN hasn’t been included in the SAN. Is anyone else noticing the same thing?

I'm attaching the message that appears when we try to open a specific PDF. The problem is that it disappears, and then no message appears that the installation has finished.However, the PDF still doesn't open correctly.We've already tried reinstalling the app.

In the web based Acrobat app, I've created a e-sign template. I would like to create a second version of this template with minor modifications and there doesn't seem to be any 'save as' or 'copy and paste' capability for templates? What am I missing?

I hate this platform with a deep deep passion. I used to love all other adobe products and was a paid subscriber. When I started a 3-year project that required Acrobat Pro, I switched to that. It takes forever to use functions that do not work, work arounds, and as of the moment, simple FG highlighting is highlighting my entire document all of a sudden. I did nothing different. I’ve closed out, I’ve spent way too long searching the internet for a soluitation. I FG HATE ACROBAT PRO. Yes, I have all updates. Yes, my subscription is paid. Yes, I’ve downloaded the right app. However, If you go to Help and ask Is this Pro? It does not know. So frustrating that I will be leaving all adobe when this thing is over.

Once upon a time….I published a book using then-new POD/PQN technology (1999). I created the book using QuarkXPress 3.31r5, that I no longer use. It was a fairly complex layout with multiple fonts used (one might say it was “over designed,” but I am unwilling to denigrate my former self). Several of those old fonts were Type 1 fonts, no longer supported in printing workflows.The book needs to be prepared for reprint for the author’s backlist. I have access to the old backup files but may not have access to a machine to run the old version of QuarkXPress under which the file was originally built. I can substitute current versions of some of the fonts used, on my present system—in fact, I just acquired the current version of Adobe Garamond Pro (the body copy for 80+% of the novel); alas, the old .pdf file (created back in the day, sometime in 1999) still does not render Garamond when I display it on my system (Mac OS Monterey, using Apple Preview). Environment:Windows Server 2022 Standard (RDS) SentinelOne installed Need Adobe Acrobat Reader for unlicensed users and Adobe Acrobat Pro for licensed users on the same server.Problem Summary:We are trying to deploy Adobe Acrobat Pro alongside Adobe Acrobat Reader on our environment. We currently have Reader 32bit installed, however, Acrobat Pro installation via enterprise MSI file in the download package consistently fails. The Acrobat Pro MSI installation rolls back with error 1603 / Return value 3. We have used the adobe Cleaner Tool as well before trying to install Pro with the .msi, but still 1603 error comes up. Installing the .exe leads the unlicensed users to a sign in loop asking to sign in (if popup is closed then the PDF closes too). What is the best way to deploy both reader and Acrobat Pro/standard version on the server?Any guidance on best practices for this setup would be appreciated!

The PDFs are generated automatically by our server and contain multiple editable form fields that must remain interactive.We need to reduce the file size because the documents must be transmitted through an API gateway with a strict size limit.Standard compression tools often flatten or remove the form fields, which is not acceptable.We are looking for a way in Adobe Acrobat Pro 2015 to optimize/compress the PDF while fully preserving form fields, layout, and visual quality.

I have a pdf template I downloaded and put all my information into. However, it has 5 columns at the bottom and I need to add a 6th column. If you look at the attached pdf, down at the bottom, the first column says “vaccine administered”. I need to resize the 5 columns and add a new column all the way to left that is titled “Admin Date”. How can I do this? Thanks for any help.

One of my Mac users is having issues sending e-signature request. When she tries it on the desktop app, she is met with this error:I saw some threads on here mentioning signing out of desktop and web, restarting computer, then trying again but that didn't seem to work. I had her try using Acrobat through the web app and she was met with this issue:Does anyone know what this might be?
