Acrobat Pro recently started to select the first page of the pdf when I try to extract pages. This is a problem if, for example, I want to extract pages 135-200. Is there a fix coming?

Is AI Assistant for Acrobat included with my Creative Cloud Pro Plan?  When I try to use it, I get the message, "No requests remaining" even though my account profile says I have unlimited access to standard features of Generative AI and 4000 credits to Premium Features. It's a simple question.Please help.Thanks!

Hello everyone. I can't see how to download the desktop version of Acrobat Pro DC, only the Acrobat Reader. The only way I can use Pro is via the web, which is frustrating. Any ideas? Thank you.

Ever since the update, whenever I open a file in acrobat online for my job, it no longer shows the pages along the side keeping up with the page I am on. It often scrolls extremely slowly as well. When I copy and paste from these files, any word with two L's is extremely likely to only have one and an extra space. There is also a frequent issue of it adding a double space at the start of sentences. Doing this has slowed down my ability to do my job severely. I also have to fight to get it to highlight anything to copy it. I have opened the desktop app and told it to revert to the previous version of Adobe, but it has not changed the online version and I have not been able to find a way to set the online version to the last update. I’m feeling like paying for this service is not worth it at all. 

Hello,Acrobat is a terrible app. Useless. Why does it exist?I was just trying to fill in a form.No, that's too much for Acrobat.It freezes, crashes and cannot be edited. It did not do what I wanted.Acrobat is confusing, too difficult and illogical. It is useless.The PDF24 online editor does the job. It's a free app that I don't have to install and that doesn't take up storage space. It's totally free. 

I want to be able to click the boxes and fill customers information, parts, labor, etc. all digitally. the boxes are already there because we have the empty form printed and then fill them out with a pen. The program just isnt detecting those boxes to fill in digital text boxes. I am doing each individually, but they are not the same size or centered. It will look sloppy if they are not all formatted the same. 

WHEN I PRINT A FORM IN ADOBE THE TEXT THAT I HAVE ADDED TO THE FORM WILL PRINT BUT THE PRINT OF THE ACTUAL FORM THAT I AM ADDING TEXT TOO DOES NOT PRINT.

I’m working with large floorplans placing art pieces. Each artwork location has a unique tag name (like P1, P2, P3, C1, C2, C3, etc.) and these tags are classified as comments on adobe acrobat. Once artwork is selected, I need to place each image onto its tag on the floorplan.Would it be possible to write a code that automatically places each image from an external folder onto the tag location (matching its rotation and scale preferably) on the floorplan pdf? The images are saved with the name of their tag (i.e. P1.png).

I usually need to work with a large number of PDFs, typically 5-10.Under Acrobat DC Pro Mac's default behavior, a normal sized Acrobat window will only allow about 4 tabs to be displayed at once.  This is not very useful, the option to scroll through the tabs does not help, and I am wondering if there is a way to make the window show more tabs at the same time without stretching it to cover a larger screen area?

Adobe updates the list of EUTL certificates regularly, but Adobe Acrobat does not sync with that list automatically.You need to force sync manually for the Adobe Acrobat EUTL list to update.It's a bug that Adobe must solve, since theoretically it should automatically synchronize if more than 14 days have passed since the last synchronization, but it is something it doesn't do.Tested on multiple computers, it only syncs manually, never automatically.If you do not update, checking for signatures issued with that certificate fails with a validation error.And certificate is on EUTL since July, 24 (this year 2024), but internal EUTL list in Adobe Reader never update, unless we update EUTL manually or install Adobe Acrobat again (in the new installation it seems to perform a synchronization) Thanks

I’m working on making a pdf ADA accessible in Acrobat. It wasn’t built by my team, so I don’t have the original file. Looks like the doc was made in Canva.  When I drag image [4] to be at top [1] (shown below)It applies the image as like a background to that whole page/spread  Anybody know why? are there settings I need to change or do I need to import the pdf in some other way?

In the old Adobe, the "Save" feature allowed a person to choose where to save files. Now, the "Save As" doesn't allow it to save anywhere except Adobe's cloud. And then when I go there to try to move it to a specific folder, I cannot now figure this out. It is not intuitive. I have a PhD, I do research for a living, and I LITERALLY have spent the past 10 minutes trying to save a PDF to a specific location on my computer. I resorted to downloading it, going to my downloads, having to click and drag it to a folder (because god forbid, if I open it in my Downloads, the stupid Adobe options still don't let it be saved anywhere specific). Really terrible update. And I get a ton of pop-ups. I don't need all of the pop-ups, I don't need your new features, I just need to SAVE A FILE!! And, lets be clear-- I don't need files in your cloud-- I need them in mine. I attach an image of the terrible 'save' feature. It only lets me change the name! I'm experiencing the exact same issue with Adobe Acrobat freezing at 72% when preparing a document for e-signatures.My Adobe account clearly shows that I have 1 free Request Signatures transaction remaining, but the upload consistently freezes at 72%.I've tried multiple PDFs, including a simple one-page document, signing out and back in, and repairing Acrobat. None of these resolved the issue.Interestingly, when I select "More Options", I can get past the 72% upload screen, but Adobe then displays an error saying I don't have sufficient transactions available.To isolate the issue, I signed out and switched to my second Adobe account on the exact same computer. That account showed 2 free transactions available, and I was able to successfully prepare and send the exact same document for signature without any problems.This strongly suggests the issue is specific to my original Adobe account rather than the document, software, or internet connection.Could an Adobe representative please inv

When I need to rearrange the reading order and tagging structure on a PDF, I will typically drag and drop those items into place using their corresponding right hand side bars. Suddenly I'm unable to grab and drag. Just cut and paste (which is more time consuming). Dragging and placing worked a few days ago. I’ve tried on multiple documents (some where I did drag and drop to arrange, previously). Was there some sort of change, or a setting put into place? Anyone else experiencing this?

Previously, when I right-clicked the Adobe Acrobat Reader icon in the Windows taskbar, it listed all the filenames currently open in Reader. Now it only lists approximately 13 of the open files. Above the list of filenames it shows Recent. I routinely have over 25 files open in Reader and the list of open files is critical for locating a specific file. At this time I have about 40 files open.Is there a limit to the number of open files that would cause all the files not to be listed?

We seem to recall that similar situations were previously presented as "Okänd" (Unknown).Could you please clarify whether this change was intentional?Our concern is that the word "Felaktig" may be interpreted by users as meaning that the electronic signature itself is invalid, corrupted, or otherwise defective. Since the new Acrobat UI was released, I haven't been able to filter my comments by status consistently. Sometimes the option is there and sometimes it's not. As of today, I'm on version 2024.003.20180 and on a Mac. I know some of my clients use a project management software where they can make comments in and the PDFs come back looking a little wonky sometimes (large outlined boxes, highlighted text becomes a new comment for EACH letter) but even with all of this, filtering by status was never an issue pre-new Acrobat UI. I can only filter by status now very rarely, which is the opposite of what I need when I'm often working through hundreds of comments. First image shows the filter options of a PDF I created where I can filter by status. I just added in comments and set a status to test. I have a web design client, a dentist who is requesting a PDF form which he intends to use as a waiver for his patients to sign, before undergoing dental procedures. The intended workflow for the document would be: Doctor explains to the patient the procedure that will be performed on them.Doctor hands a tablet with a blank copy of the form to the patient, which they have to fill out with their name, date and e-mail, then write their initials on each of the ten clauses, finally proceeding to sign and clicking on a button to submit the form.A copy gets sent to the patient, and another copy gets sent to the clinic for their records. Is a field where they could add their signature using their finger or tablet pen possible? Or would they need to sign by typing in their name once again? Considering that the doctor wouldn't send the form to the patient over email, but would instead provide a blank copy preloaded in a tablet, what would be the ideal method to store the for

Hello again,I currently use Adobe Acrobat Pro. When clicking on a link in a PDF file, it opens in Edge.However, Firefox is my default browser. I did read this recent post on the community forum : https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/links-opening-on-wrong-browser/m-p/15392894#M512640 I double checked the settings in Firefox to make sure it is indeed defined as the default brower. I checked settings in Edit > Preferences > Internet in Acrobat Pro to make sure nothing was pointing to Edge.In the Windows settings, Firefox is set to default for HTTP, and HTTPS. Any idea ?
