Hi! If your original images are being flagged as AI-generated by Adobe, here are the best steps to fix it:

Best Solution: Check Metadata (EXIF Data): Ensure your image contains full camera metadata (like device model, date, lens info). AI-generated images often lack this data. You can view/edit metadata using tools like ExifTool or Photoshop → File Info. Avoid AI Filters or Enhancements: If you used any AI-based tools (like content-aware fill, generative expand, etc.) in Photoshop or Lightroom, the system may flag it as AI-assisted. Try submitting the unedited original version instead. Export Carefully: When exporting, make sure to preserve metadata and avoid using formats or compression tools that strip details. Contact Adobe Support: If you're sure the image is original, reach out to Adobe Contributor Support with your file and explanation. They can review and correct the flag if needed. Include Proof in Submission: For your journal, you can also provide a statement of originality and attach EXIF metadata or raw file as proof.

Hello, thank you for your reply. I prepared my article with .doc than saved it as adobe pdf. Than I viewed it. When I bring the cursor on any images, it gives the allert -the flag-. Images are original micrographs that were taken by me and/or original graphics drawn and generated by me. Please let me know what to do about it.
