2 accounts with the same email address

Good Afternoon,  I have 2 accounts associated with the same email address, 1 personal and one through my business  (personal was set up before they gave us business access).  I would like to either merge these two accounts, or close the 'personal' account and transfer the services over to the business account.   how would i open a support ticket to do this?
