Sziasztok,

Nekem abban kellene segítség, hogyváltozott a kártyám, és amikor felléptem, hogy módosítsam a rendszerben, azt vettem észre, hogy a PDF Pack és a Standard csomag is azt jelzi, hogy sikertelen fizetés.

Beállítottam az új kártyámat a Standardre, le is vonta. De a PDf Pack is folyamatosan jelzett napok óta, hogy sikertelen levonás. Mivel csak úgy engedi törölni a csomagot, ha frissítem a fizetési adataimat, megtettem, aminek eredményeként nem csak hogy levonta rá az összeget, de cserébe nem engedi törölni a csomagot.

Hogyan tudnám ezt megoldani, hogy a pénzt visszakapjam és a csomag is eltűnjöm?

Contact Adobe customer care on this. It is normal that you can't cancel a plan, when the card has a payment issue. Customer service can sort this troubles out and can initiate a refund if a refund is due. 

 

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
