2 License CC Limit is a nightmare for Acrobat.. "Adobe Acrobat License has either expired"
The 2 computer limit is killing the usabilty of this expensive CC subscription.. I have 3 computers.. one just needs acrobat, the rest need photoshop/premiere.
Every time I want to do something like convert a document in file explorer in windows to a PDF I get the "your request could not be completed. Adobe acrobat license has either expired or not been activated. Try launching Adobe Acrobat"
Fair.. its a 3rd computer.. so I open Acrobat as instructed and nothing happens and it still doesnt work. Next I open photoshop which pops up the license limitation and allows me to inactive a computer and activate the Acrobat computer.. All should be good now?? Nope... still cant convert a word file to PDF.. same popup.
So what is the work around now that my computer is activated yet it still doesnt work? Why hasnt this been fixed and why isnt it seemless?
Icing on the BS cake is that, before installing the full version of acrobat, converting to PDF just worked fine without any license! I would be more efficent with it uninstalled except that I on occasion actually need to edit a PDF.
If you are going to put limitations on my license, at least make it so it isnt a nightmare to work around! Its slowing my productivity down.
