2024.002.21005 update makes certain PDFs unreadable

Some of our staff members have reported that some PDFs look like complete gibberish. We can confirm that this issue is only on Acrobat and is only happening to those who have the latest version. This is also causing issues with some of our clients, forcing us to recommend them to use Chrome or other PDF readers.
