I just got my new university purchased 2024 M3 Macbook Pro and ordered Acrobat 2020 for students and teachers. However, when I tried to install the software, it ran to the last step after going through copying and such, it said the installation failed and asked me to contact the vendor. Please help!

I have made it through but forgot to update. The field for pasting the license code allows multiple lines of entry and the way I copied it always had a new line starting as if I didn't paste anything (the design is really flawed). I didn't realize I paste three lines of the code unitl I accidentally hit the delete button, which revealed the lines above.
