Please see attached photo. After downloading the update found here: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuousfeb2021qfe.html#dccontinuousfebtwentytwentyoneqfe

For the 64-bit version of Acrobat reader, it does not allow me to upgrade.

I am using the source installation from here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

I have tried to modify the AcroRead MSI but it doesn't seem to work, regardless of what method I try.

May be that you try update a 32bit version of Acrobat Reader.

I'm pretty sure that the enterprise download link is 64-bit is it not?

Yeah I can't even believe this hahah. This wasted a few hours of my morning. I just assumed that the 'enterprise' variant would be 64-bit. You know what happens when you assume... ugh
