I can no longer print a PDF to PDF, just keep getting an error. Is it possible to uninstall this update?

Thank you for reacing out and sorry for the trouble.

 

Could you please share kore details abou the issue?

As you are trying to print a PDf to PDF and receive the error, share the screenshot of the eror message.

Please confirm if it was working fine before the recent update.

Share the exact workflow you do and the OS version installed on the machine.

You should never print a PDF to PDF because it messes up a lot of elements of the original file.

You must use "Save as" instead.

Thanks but we are in print business and sometime print to PDF just to change page size and save bugging the graphic designer to do it 😊

You can use an Acrobat preflight profile to resize a PDF without risking loss of quality (Tools> Print Production> Preflight). Another option is to place the PDF into InDesign, re-size and export to a new PDF.
