2D Image disappears when document scroll down/up event occurs

We have added a overlaying image on a 3D object. There are different buttons invoking actions. Buttons to display 3D view show 3D objects and hides 2D image. Button for 2D object makes 2D image (which is specified as ikon only) visible and 3D object is hidden.

The problem is when we try to sroll down while the 2D image is visible, it dissapears while the document is being scrolled down or up.

Thanks for the response.

Yes, we have created a pdf in which 2d image and 3d model is embedded.

Please find the attached document.

After trusting the document, and clicking on the 1st button and so on, at last if we select the last button component details and then scroll up or down there is flickering in the model or image. The 2d image disappears on scrolling and it shows the 3d model embedded in the back.

Would apreciate solution to this issue resolved as soon as possible.
