3rd document storage app to open a PDF in Adobe, "This unlicensed Adobe app has been disabled"

Question

When I use a 3rd document storage app to open a PDF in Adobe, I get "This unlicensed Adobe app has been disabled".  When I open that same PDF in Adobe, there is n o Pop-Up.  If I view the PDF in the 3rd party, it is fine, no errors.   I do have a valid license.

We aren't aware of such an issue at our end. To assist us better, would you send us a video showing how you work when this message pops up? Also, please let us know the current Acrobat version that is installed on your machine.
