404 Not Found. Could not find resource specified in the request for URI

Hi,
I am sending Agreement through Adobe URI using A360. Agreement Id gets created but when calling the Get method of formFields(Rest Webservices), It is throwing error as "Reason - 404 Not Found. Could not find resource specified in the request for URI". 3 out of 8 agreements(Contracts) failed due to this error.
This issue is coming in PROD environment. Kindly provide solution to fix this issue.
