7 days trial.

Question

Hello,

I signed the 7 days trial that Acrobat Reader offer me, then I realised the very same day, that after all I didn't need it. They charged me £8.99 for the monthly plan and so far they have not reimbursed my money. Any help as why please. Thank you.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

The screenshot shows that you opted for a monthly subscription. The 7-day free trial is available only when you opt for the annual subscription.
