大家好，我在使用 Adobe Acrobat 的时候遇到了一个 PDF 处理方面的问题。

具体情况是：
- 在处理某些 PDF 文件时会出现异常提示；
- 有些文件无法正常合并或导出；
- 尝试重新安装软件后仍然存在同样的问题。

请问有没有人遇到过类似情况？应该如何排查或解决这个问题？

1. Unusual prompts appear when processing certain PDF files.

- As you get the prompts, please share a screenshot or a small recording showing the prompts you are referring to.

2. Some files cannot be merged or exported properly.

- Please share some sample PDFs on which issue occurs.

- Check if it happens with particular PDFs or PDFs from a particular source.

- Share the screen recording of the steps used and what happens.

- Share the screenshot of the error that appears.

Please share the current Acrobat and OS version on the machine.
