Question

A document created in MS Powerpoint doe's not display the correct font after being exported as PDF

This problem appeared after installing Adobe Creative Cloud on my computer. Other colleagues who don't have Adobe apps installed, don't have this issue.
When trying to export a PowerPoint presentation as PDF (create PDF) the resulting PDF does not display some of the fonts correctly. Specifically Montserrat medium but other fonts may also display incorrectly.
I have tried embedding the fonts in the PDF but this did not help.  I have tried searching this forum and found other people who've had the same problem. Unfortunately the other thread didn't seem to resolve the issue.
Please help.

Check if the correct font is embedded.

I checked Embed all fonts in PDF settings but the font theat I want still dosen't show in the PDF.
How can I check if my selsced font (Montserrat medium) got embedded?

Check the properties of the file (Ctrl/Cmd D). Some rare fonts don't allow for embedding.
