I reuse a form that I use for billing purposes. How can I save this this pdf on my mobile device so it's present in Adobe and opens with all the fillable options clear everytime.

On the mobile device create a copy of the form and fill the copy.

I don't think that's possible. If the file can be saved, it will be saved automatically on the mobile version after you make changes to it.

If it can't be saved, you will lose whatever information you enter in it... Or do you plan to print it, and not save it?
