A number is out of range: internal links do not work for pages beyond 105ff

Question

Hi Adobe team and comunity,I have created a guidebook with 154 pages in Apple Pages that features cross-references to other sections (e.g., you can click on the button 'Glossary' to jump to that section). In Preview, all of these links work perfectly. But in Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat, those links that re-direct to pages 105ff show a 'a number is out of range' error message (those directing to pages 1-104 work).I have tried already:Printing as postcript, then generating the file with Adobe DistillerSave as Adobe PDFUsing multiple 'repair PDF' optionsNone of these options worked. It appears there is a bug in the system. Thank you for any useful advice! Kind regards, Patrick

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
