A running instance of Acrobat has caused an error

Yes I have 3screen and numerous PDf files open. I has never been an issue till now.

You may want to try shutting down the system, then restarting it and then immediately opening Acrobat. If you’re lucky, it’ll be a one time deal. How are you opening your PDFs? On what computer platform? What versions of system OS and Adobe Acrobat? 

We’re willing to help it you’ll give us some information to go on. We probably can’t if you’re asking us to go into it blind.
