A user has an issue when Adobe Acrobat Freezes
Good Day all
I have had 2 instances when Adobe Acrobat freezes when starting and whenever a file is opened. Here are some of the steps that I have tried to resolve the issue:
- Reinstalled the app
- Repaired the app (Did nothing)
- Went to old adobe
- Restarted Machine
- Check network connections
- Tried to update Program but get an Update failed message each time
- Toggled off the Protected view at startup option
Please let me what else I can do. I would like some help with this as this should not be happening. Thank you!
