A12E1 error on Acrobat Pro 11 install

Hi, I've had to reload my iOS and now trying to download Pro11 which I've had for a number of years on my Mac. There is an error code appearing at the end which is A12E1.

I've spent ages on the phone to Adobe reloading the software and they have finally given up saying I need to consult a forum.

Does anyone else have a similar issue or know how to get around this? I've downloaded, removed, restarted version 11 and also version 10 to try and get around it, all without success.

Thoughts and suggestions greatly appreciated. Simon

Correct answer Simon Brod

Thank you for your reply.

I’ve managed it eventually. I ended up deleting the whole Adobe system, restarting the computer and then downloading the 10 version.

That didn’t open but it did allow me to download the Pro11 version which finally worked.

Just very annoying that it’s taken ten days to work this out.

Thank you all for your help.

Hi Simon Brod,

As per the description above, you are not able to install the Acrobat Pro 11 on your Mac machine, Is that correct?

Please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

If the issue still persists, then rename the OOBE folder to OOBE OLD from MAC HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe
