AATL and EUTL update button not working

Hello,

I have trouble updating (and with that, receiving) AATL and EUTL lists.

When I press the "Update now" button in Trust manager, nothing happens. Thanks to this, all signatures look invalid on the computer.

Notes:

- Issue present on 2 computers (possibly more) I have tried the proposed solution in a different thread (using Adobe cleaner tool and reinstalling) on both device but it didn't help.

- Both run Windows 10 64-bit, other devices of the same type and connected to the same network don't have this issue.

- On one computer the issue is present both in Acrobat Reader DC and Acrobat Pro DC.

- I have contacted Adobe Tech Support but they didn't know how to help me. (I can provide case number via DM, but I have written all necessary info here)

Thank you in advance for any ideas how to solve this issue.

P.S. I am reposting my issue because the other thread is marked as 'solved'.

Hi there,

the Acrobat reader  DC doesn't download the EUTSL list.

Update: When I booted one of the machines, this is the error I got: "An update for trusted certificates is not available for download."

I have ran Download Acrobat and Reader Process Monitor Tool - Adobe Labs while trying to update the lists (as well as make a regular dmp file in Windows). Is there a Staff person I could send the .dmp files to for further examination?
