AATL Intermediate Certificate Expired

Hello everyone,

We’ve been dealing with an unresolved case for over a year concerning our expired Intermediate Certificate, and unfortunately, we still haven’t received any updates. Our last follow-up to update the Intermediate Certificate was on March 21, 2024, but there has been no response since then. As a Certification Authority, this delay is seriously affecting our operations. We have tried reaching out to the Adobe AATL team by emailing Grp-AATL-info@adobe.com, avalle@adobe.com, and aatl-info@adobe.com, but haven't received any replies. Does anyone have advice on how we might directly contact the Adobe AATL team? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, as we urgently need to resolve this matter.
