Abbonamento annuale rinovato senze richiesta di conferma

Question

Ho il piano Acrobat Pro attivo da giugno 2022, la mia intenzione era solo attivarlo per prova che poi non mi sono ricordata di disattivare e conseguentemente il piano è andato avanti per tutto l'anno.

Ora ho visto che segue anche per un secondo anno, senza avere ricevuto nessuna richiesta di conferma.

Il piano, pertanto, dovrebbe essere disattivato a Maggio 2022, visto che non ho chiesto nessuna rinnovazione. Ho provato a cancellare l'abbonamento senza successo visto che mi chiede una penale di recesso!. Prego di cancellare il mio abbonamento senza costi aggiuntivi. Grazie

We can't cancel your subscription from this forum. Only Adobe Customer Care can assist with billing.

You can cancel yourself using the steps on this Help page:

The first step is to sign in at https://account.adobe.com/plans.

Be sure to also read the section on Cancellation fee and refunds:

"A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn if you get a refund when you cancel."

For you, it's been beyond 14 days and there is a fee for early termination of an annual plan. The above website will tell you how much.
