Abod acrobat DC Pro don't work & its features stopped.

Hi all, as I don't know how I can communicate with Adob team, here is my problem statment:

I have suscribed since 14 Jun 2023 and my PC activated :

so work around this issue:

1- remove aqll apps on my PC

2- re-install Adob pro which downloaded from your website

3- issue still exist that I have no suscribtion 

so please support me to fix it and know what is root cause

    Please go to "Plan" on the left-hand pane in the first screenshot. Then, check if it shows the subscription information.

    Also, please confirm if you are trying to sign in using the same email address used here on the community board. 

    Share the screenshot of the option that appears when you enter the Adobe ID to sign in to the application.
