Abode Abrobat Plug-in in MS Office. Asking for subscription. Why ?

i have installed the adobe Plug-in but it is not working. Asking for subscription.  But it is working freely in my colleague.  They have neither Office 365 Supscription neither Abode subscription.  How is it possible? If it is possible,  my plug-in is not working. Please reply.

Sorry for the delayed response. 
Using the Acrobat Outlook plugin without the Acrobat Subscription is impossible. Your colleague might be part of the group where Acrobat is integrated with MS Office 365.
