Abode Acrobat Sign - Is there a multi-select tool for select multiple read only fields?

Hello, 

I have a re-occuring fillable form that I put into the Adobe Sign program and after it's processed, it reads each fillable field as a signature field. I, then, have to manually select each field as read only which is extremely time consuming. 

I'm wondering if there is a multi-select tool where I can select all the fields that I need to be read only to save time or is there another solution to minimize all the signature fields being scanned as signature fields prior to the form processing?
