Abode Password Required

Question

Not sure what I have done in my settings but each day I am required to enter my Adobe password to simply open and view a pdf. How can I undo this?

Sorry for the troubled experience, and thank you for reaching out.

Ideally, if you are logged in once, the app shouldn't ask for it again unless you sign out of the app or your Profile is a virtual or roaming profile on the machine.

Could you let us know if the machine you are using is a Personal computer or an IT-managed office machine? If it is an IT-managed machine, please reach out to your IT.

Please share the version number of Acrobat installed on your machine: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html
