About display defekt (looks like that the content will not be deleted after changing the tabs)

Question

When I use the about function to display the document properties, the information from the previous tab is not deleted. this has been the case for several versions.

Hi @dmatrix68,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

In case you are still looking for a solution, you might want to try the below steps:

1. Repair the application: Go to Menu-> Help-> Repair Installation;

2. Reset Preferences: Reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/4h65PX7...

3. Check for Graphics Card Driver Updates: Go to Start Menu-> Device Manager-> Display Adapter-> right-click on the Graphics Card-> Check for Updates.

4. Fresh install: Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/4kvrmLN, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/4ipth2M and see if that works for you.
