About Livecycle designer offline generate QR code

Hi , we are using livecycle designer to prepare pdf that can generate QR code base on the pdf information offline  After the end of live of the product in March 2020, will the new version of acrobat reader still support this qr code generation? In other words, can we keep using the old pdf? 

From my understanding, the replacement of livecycle designer, AEM, only support online qr code generation, thus we decide to keep using the old one until we come up with solution, please correct me if I am wrong.
