Accès refusé à un fichier PDF

Bonjour, J'essaie d'ouvrir un fichier et le message suivant s'affiche: Une erreur est survenue lors de l'ouverture de ce document. Accès refusé . Par contre, quand je l'ouvre à partir de SharePoint il fonctionne correctement! s'agit il des problème de MAJ?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delay in response to your question. 

 

Are you facing this issue with the particular file? Then please check another one and see if that is accessible or not.

  • Navigate to Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected View" and "Enhanced Security">OK>close and reopen Acrobat.

Note: these changes are only for testing purposes. Once tested, please change it back to the previous setting. 

  • In Acrobat>reconfigure SharePoint account. This means removing it and adding it again.
