Access denied
I am trying to log in my personal account in Adobe Scan or any Adobe application, however it kept on saying "Unable to log in" while I was trying to log in through my phone and showed that I do not have access to Adobe cloud storage while I have been using the applications with the same email adress before.
I also tried to log in through a computer, I was not able to log in again and it showed me:
Access Denied
You do not have access to this service. Contact your IT administrator to gain access.
Since it is a personal account I have no idea what is going on and who to contact to solve this issue.
I am devastated TT please help me TT
