Access denied standard adobe

This may have already been addressedI have a pdf saved and when I try to open, i get the Access Denied popupI have gone to properties/security and it lists me and my email address and shows that i have full access.

I found three solutions but do not know if they will help you. First one is to make sure Adobe is updated to the most recent version, second is to save the file to your local drive if it isn't already, and the third is the following:

Step 1: In Acrobat Reader, go to Edit > Preferences.
Step 2: Click on “Security (Enhanced)” located on the left panel.
Step 3: Uncheck “Enable Protected Mode at start-up” option.
Step 4: Select “Yes” when asked about being sure about making this change.
Step 5: Click on “OK “
