Access Denied when opening any .pdf file

Al abrir cualquier archivo .pdf aparece el siguiente mensaje. Nunca he usado Adobe reader DC con licencia y de pronto comenzo a aparecer esto. Comp puedo solucionarlo?.

    As you receive this error message, please let us know the OS version on the machine.

    Ensure that you are using the compatible OS version on the machine.

     

    Let us know if that is not the case and the issue persists.
