access denied when trying to open .pdf documents

I was using Outlook desktop with no problem.  Verizon just stopped providing email services so I have had to access Outlook on the web.  When I try to open any .pdf document attached to an email I get the error message, "Access denied."  How do I fix this so I can open .pdf attached files?
