Can't open PDFs saved to Google Drive.   Windows always wants to open up with lumen or some other non acrobat program.

Hey Tim,

Thank you for reaching out.

As you wish to open the Google Drive documents using the Acrobat Pro DC, it can be done directly from the application now.

You can add the Google Drive account in Acrobat and can access documents directly from there. In Acrobat, go to Home > Add Account. Also, refer to the steps shared in this help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/access-google-drive-files.html

Let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi,

When you right click and select properties, what application does it say it will "Open with"?

If it is not Acrobat can you change it to Acrobat?

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately they don't offer Acrobat as an option.
They only offer lumen and other downloadable software programs. Google
docs is available but it does not format well.
