Access to document level java scripts

In the current Acrobat Pro (Unified UI), what is the reliable way to view or edit document-level JavaScripts embedded in a form? The Document Properties dialog does not show a JavaScript tab in my build. I use a Dell computer to build my forms. Built them and now can't access the scripts to edit them. Help! Please!

In prepare form mode select More > Document JavaScripts from the pages panel.

    In the new Acrobat, you can find the option from the three dots drop-down provided next to the Prepare Form in the left-hand tool pane.  Please take a look at the screenshot below.
