Accessible form fields are not reading in JAWS or NVDA

We have come across issues where fillable forms created in InDesign and Word, exported as a pdf and remediate in acrobat pro are not having the fillable form fields read in JAWS and NVDA. These are new forms and old forms (forms that did work in the past). Looking for suggestions on what to do.

Hi @Karen32086558co3l - This issue has been fixed in the latest release. See release notes - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuousjan2026.html#dccontinuousjantwentytwentysix. Please do a "Help-> Check for updates" to update to the latest version and let us know if you still encounter this issue.
