Accessing PDF Export & Create

Hi,

I am on the Photoplan of Adobe.

The plan states I have web access to Acrobat Export PDF & Acrobat Create PDF (see below)

However, when I try to use them it keeps telling me to upgrade my plan.

I have spent a bit of time trying to sort out but keep getting this message.
