Accidentally deleted pdf

I'm a student and downloaded a templete pdf my professor posted to do my homework. I accidentally deleted it and i can't find it in the recycle bin or adobe creative storage. I'm sure I saved it to my computer, I would prefer an answer soon so I don't have to do my homework again.

Open your Adobe PDF program and select the Home tab. You should see the list of recently opened PDF files. If it's save somewhere you should be able to open it from there.
