Account Cancellation Fee Displaying When It Shouldn't Be
Hi,
Today I noticed Adobe was still taking payments even though I cancelled back in January through their webchat (I have screenshots confirming this). I tried to access the webchat again today to ask why payments were still being taken but I couldn't find the link.
When I went to try cancel I am threatened with a early cancellation fee when I prevously cancelled via webchat?
Any advice with this would be great, thank you!
