Account disappeared!
Hi,
I logged in as usual today and my account seems to have disappeared - I can login using the email I registered with, but it is as if it is a new account on a free membership, but I pay monthly and that's been going through fine (I checked and my last payment was March 20th). Now I can't see my file history etc and I urgently need this for work.
I have a customer number-who can I speak to to rectify this? Thanks!
