On 26 July 2024, my free trial for Adobe Pro ended, and Adobe debited my bank account for the monthly subscription; now, I can't sign in to use the app.

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

 

I checked the email address registered to the community but cannot find an active subscription for Acrobat Pro DC.

 

Would you mind checking the email address from which you received the Acknowledgment mail from Adobe? Then, try logging in using the same email address and checking. 

 

If you still cannot sign in to the app, please share a screen recording of the event for a better understanding and further investigation.
