Hello,

I've purchased the monthly pack yesterday, but when I convert files into pdf, the log get me to the purchase page! How long can it be to get your account granted?

I have read that it will take as much as 24 hours for a purchase to show in your Adobe account after purchase

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?
