I started my subscription to Acrobat Pro in April 2025 and have been paying for the subscription (R438.15) and i get the invoices via email, but when i log into my profile to view all invoices it says i do not have an active plan? How can i get this resolved?

I checked your account registered on the community and could not find an active subscription.

 

Would you mind cross-checking the email address you use to receive your invoices? 

Also, is the acknowledgement email for your subscription to Acrobat Pro DC the same as the one you are using on the community forums? 

 

This would provide a direction to follow when searching for the subscription.
