Account vanished June 2nd

Used adobe Acrobat DC at 3:30 p.m. June 2nd to create a .pdf , printed that .pdf. At 7:00 the next morning tried to create a new .pdf and got the sign in screen. System did not recognize username or password. Last logged in in April, Software was updated in October of last year. My account vanished, Adobe support did not help just pointed to FAQs. Being asked to run free trial but the software was deliverd over a corporate controlled APP installer less than a year ago and the account was at least 10 years running.

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused. Have you completed the installation, or are you still struggling with the same issue?

 

It seems that it was an enterprise deployment, and the license was given by your org to you. There's likely a chance that access has been revoked, which is why you were bounced back to the main screen.

Our support team couldn't help here because there's nothing registered in your Adobe account.

 

For the activation, you need to contact your IT team.
