Acobat keeps reverting to old file versions when combining PDFS

I hav been trying to combine a group of PDFs into one Binder document. When I combine the files, and the new Binder PDF appears, some of the individual PDFS are from previous versions (they don't reflect minor changes to each document) - they are not the most up to date. I've tried uninstalling Acobat, but the issue is still happening. Please help!

    Combine the files as portfolio.

    Unfortunetoy, some of our business partners don't have acrobat and can't open a portfolio format

    Do your files contain form fields with the same names? If so, their values will merge to a single one when you combine the files, as they will become duplicates of each other.

    No they do not. They are exported from AutoCAD - construction drawings. I'll double check the individual sheets to make sure they are correct, but when i combine all the sheets is when it will revert to old versions of the plans
