Acobat Pro Desktop and some pdf files compatibility isssue?

My company bought Adobe Acrobat so that it wouldn't have problems with handling (viewing and creating) PDF files. But some of our PDFs are shown correctly in any browser, in the online version of Adobe Acrobat Pro, Nap32, Foxit and icon preview in Windows 11, but not in Adobe Acrobat Pro Desktop :). In AAPD the backgroud is corrupted and part of the content missing. It doesn't display any information about a possible error, compatibility issue, or anything.

I reinstalled and updated the AAPD to the newest version.

Windows 11 Pro 25H2 6.‎12.‎2024 26200.7171

Acrobat Pro Continuous Release 2025.001.20982

PDF created with Impress, LIbreOffice 25.8.3.2 (X86_64), ver. 1.7 (Acrobat 8.x) for Linux

I can send a file for examination, but not in public access.

Best

Darek

Thank you for your post.
So what could be the cause of my problem?
Adobe Acobat configuration?
Windows 11 system configuration?
Do you have any ideas?

Check these settings:

Check for any Windows updates. If you have GPU, go to the manufacturers website and check for updates. Check for Acrobat updates using the Help menu.

Otherwise, sign out of the program and uninstall with AcroCleaner.

Then reinstall and check the Help menu for any updates.

Usually the cause for files to be shown as intended in some viewers and not on others is some small error in the file. Can you share the file in question for analysis?

Please note that the file you uploaded is available to anyone in the forum. If that was the file you could not make public, it should be removed.

That said, I'm not seeing anything missing on my end.
