Acroba reader keeps on saying not responding, i have tried all things listed on Google have not won

    Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. 


    Have you started experiencing this issue recently after the update? What is the version of the Acrobat Reader application you are using? Please check the version here https://adobe.ly/4oFIBMV. Also, share if you are on Mac or Windows OS? Please try to update the application to the latest version by downloading the patch manually from here https://adobe.ly/43NsLGH and reboot the computer once, and see if that works.

    What is the workflow/steps you are doing when the application stops responding? Does it stop responding after opening the application or while using a specific tool? If possible, a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.


    If it still doesn’t work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/4b5cdxD, reboot the computer, and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/4eyVPrH and see if that helps.
