Acrobai AI message 'something went wrong, try again'.

How can I resolve this. my internet connection is secure. AI previously worked on these files and nothing has changed. for past 1 hour same message 'somethign went wrong'. i hva e restarted laptop. no resolution. i havent logged out of adobe as i dont remember my password so dotn want to risk. anything I can do to restor acrobat AI? or is it overwhelmed maybe too many people seeking help?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

 

Do you see this error with every file you try to use the assistant with or with a specific file? If with a specific file, would you mind sharing the file with us for further investigation? 

 

Also, would you mind checking the online portal and letting us know if you are able to use the assistant there: https://adobe.ly/3QXcsRb.

 

Please share a screenshot of the error you see. Also ensure you are on the latest version of Acrobat(2025.001.2043x) for the best experience.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Please share Adobe diagnostic logs for further debugging of the issue at your end. Do all the steps till which you are facing error for the logs. Also, if you are available we can have a session with you to investigate the issue at your end.
